Pexels – Pexels offers a wide selection of free stock photography. With Pexels, you can find high-quality images for your website, email campaign, and social media. such as Facebook or Instagram. Pexels is an excellent resource for small businesses or individuals who need high-quality photos but don’t have the budget to purchase them.

Easy WP Guide WordPress Manual – WordPress is a great content management system, but it can be overwhelming if you’re new to it.  Whether you’re just getting started with WordPress or you’ve been using it for awhile, this manual is a valuable resource that you’ll want to keep handy.

Writing Tools

NordPass– NordPass is a password manager that helps you keep track of all your passwords in one place. NordPass generates and stores strong passwords for you, so you don’t have to remember them. NordPass makes it easy to keep track of your passwords, and it’s free to use.

I use it in my business to keep track of passwords for all of our accounts and those of our clients. I can also use NordPass to share access to accounts with contractors without sharing the actual password. NordPass’s yearly plans are very affordable and well worth it to help keep track of all of your passwords.

Asana – Asana is a project management tool that helps businesses keep track of tasks, deadlines, and assigned team members. Asana can be used to manage both simple and complex projects, making it a versatile tool for businesses of all sizes.

My WordPress Hosting – So, I started my own web hosting service in 2022. I didn’t set out to be a web host, but I had many friends and clients reach out wanting me to manage their site. I relented and was born. I offer WordPress hosting for the nontechnical. Currently, I have a few web hosting packages geared towards small organization and their needs.

Google for Nonprofits – Google for Nonprofits provides a suite of tools that can help organizations achieve their goals. Google for Nonprofits gives organizations the ability to connect with potential supporters from all over the world.

TechSoup – TechSoup is a nonprofit organization that provides technology resources and services to other nonprofits. TechSoup helps nonprofits access and use technology to further their missions. They offer free or discounted version of must-have software for your nonprofit.

Donorbox – Donorbox is a powerful fundraising tool that makes it easy for nonprofits to solicit donations online. With Donorbox, nonprofits can create customized donation forms, track donor data, and manage recurring donations.

Asana for Nonprofits – Asana is a  project management tool that helps nonprofits plan and manage projects more efficiently. More than just a to do list,  with Asana you can collaborate with team members, track deadlines and progress, and keep your projects organized.

Asana for Nonprofits offers nonprofits a 50% discount on their premium plan, as well as access to a dedicated support team. If you don’t need the premium features, Asana’s free tier is a great tool.

Canva for Nonprofits – Canva is a powerful graphic design tool that has everything your nonprofit needs to create professional marketing materials. Use Canva to create social media posts, presentations, infographics, flyers, posters, signs.
